Payments are processed through Stripe through this website only, payment options are listed at checkout
Payment plans are available upon request ranging from 3 - 12 months, the first 30% of any order is non-refundable to cover all pre work and material costs. Once full payment is complete the order will be started and is no longer refundable. Payment Plan Orders will not be started until full payment is received - Completion times will be communicated once the final payment is received.
All quoted timing is indicative and I reserve the right to alter timings once an order is started.
Priority order can be arranged for a 20% fee.

All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Initial quotes are free however a small charge may be requested for more detailed requests.
A clear reference sheet is needed, if you don't currently have one I can produce it for you prior to your order - the cost of the this will be deducted from the costume order. No NSFW references please.
Quotes will include an indicative timeframe for completion however timing cannot be confirmed until the order and full payment is recieved.

Shipping must be covered by the commissioner (unless stated otherwise)
While shipping is included in total cost of your costume, this does NOT include any local taxes and import duties that need to be covered.
With your shipping cost, this will include enough protection so that in the event of the parcel being lost or severely damaged beyond repair, your suit will be completely remade as priority in my queue.
Once the parcel leaves my possession, I am not responsible for any damages or loss caused by postal services
I am not responsible for any local taxes and import duties that may need to be paid upon import. Please research your local shipping fees so you're aware of what extra fees may need to be paid.
I ship parcels with UPS, DPD or Royal Mail.
I recycle my boxes, so your suit may be packaged in slightly tattered boxes or boxes from other large items (such as appliances). I will never send a suit in a box unsuitable for shipping (major dents, rips, or other extensive damage).

All commissioners have a 30-day warranty that covers any issues from my own workmanship, this does not cover incorrect sizing or issues caused by misuse.
Within this 30 days, if a suit becomes damaged due to a fault of mine, I will repair it free of charge. The customer pays shipping back to me, and I will cover the cost of the return shipping.
I am not liable for any sizing issues due to faulty measurements on your part, please make sure your measurements are accurate before sending them to me.
Due to the personal nature of these item they are all non returnable.

I try my best to send as many wips to you as possible! If at any point you notice something thats incorrect or something you're unhappy with, PLEASE point it out! I am very happy to go back and change anything. If you ever want updates or more pics of the progress, please dont hesitate to let me know!
I will post WIP photos/videos to my social medias such as Instagram, Twitter/X, and Tiktok. If you would prefer for me to not post WIP photos, please let me know beforehand.
I will upload the finished project to my website/portfolio, if you have an issue with this please let me know
